Administration

Along with providing great design and drawings, we see the project through until the end to ensure that everything is going according to plan.

  • Liaise with the General Contractor and other Trusted Trades

  • Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, ELV (audio, alarm, etc.), and any other Consultant for design intent and fixture placement

  • Provide a Specification Binder for the General Contractor and Trades on site

  • Site visits as needed

  • Review of shop drawings

Drafting

All drawings are fully detailed for clients, sub-trades, builders, and general contractors to build the design intent.
